        Sweet Lab by R&A began with a simple dream — to create cheesecakes that taste just as good as they look. What started as a small home kitchen experiment by a couple who shared the same love for desserts has now grown into a local favorite for New York–style Burnt Basque Cheesecakes in Metro Manila.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, courier availability, accidents, road restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers or their authorized recipients should be available to receive the order at the specified delivery location.

## 6. Food Handling and Storage

Our cheesecakes are perishable food products and should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt.

Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after the order has been successfully delivered.

Sweet Lab by R&A cannot be responsible for deterioration, melting, damage, contamination, or changes in product quality resulting from improper handling or storage after successful delivery.

# Return & Refund Policy

We want every Sweet Lab by R&A order to be prepared and delivered correctly. Because our cheesecakes and other food products are perishable, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below and applicable Philippine law.

## 1. Perishable Products

For food safety and quality reasons, successfully delivered food products generally cannot be physically returned or exchanged simply because of a change of mind.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law for defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming products.

## 2. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation and refund requests made before preparation begins may be considered.

Once preparation, production, customization, or procurement of order-specific materials has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible because the products are perishable and prepared for a specific order.

## 3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Requests

Please contact us immediately if:

* You received the wrong product;
* An item included in your paid order is missing;
* The product arrived materially damaged due to an issue attributable to us;
* There is a verified quality or food-safety issue present upon receipt;
* You were charged incorrectly; or
* Sweet Lab by R&A is unable to fulfill a paid order.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

## 4. Reporting an Order Problem

## 5. Delivery-Related Damage

Cheesecakes are delicate products.

We will review delivery-related complaints individually, including the condition of the product upon dispatch, packaging, delivery method, and available evidence.

Where a delivery issue is caused by a third-party courier, we will reasonably assist the customer in identifying the appropriate resolution where possible.

## 6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Refunds may not be available where an order cannot be successfully delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect location pin, incorrect contact information, or no authorized recipient was reasonably available to receive the order.

Additional delivery fees may apply for a new delivery attempt.

## 7. Change of Mind

Because our products are perishable and may be made specifically for a scheduled order, we generally cannot provide a refund solely because a customer changes their mind after production has begun or after the correct product has been successfully delivered.

## 8. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned through an appropriate available payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the original payment method, payment provider, issuing bank, and other financial institutions involved.

## 9. Orders We Cannot Fulfill

If Sweet Lab by R&A cannot fulfill a paid order and no acceptable replacement or alternative arrangement is agreed upon, the applicable amount paid for the unfulfilled order will be refunded.
